- Complete use of the venue and beautifully landscaped 5 acres.
- Private bridal suite: lights, mirrors, vanities and its own sound system
- Groom’s room
- Beautiful indoor ceremony location as weather backup plan with 240 white chairs
- Outdoor ceremony with arbor and bench seating up to 300
- Open Catering and Bar Policy (with proper Licensing and Insurance)
- Food Prep Room
- 300 reception chairs, six 30” high-top cocktail tables, 6’ rectangular guest tables, two 8’ rectangular food tables and one 8′ bar front and setup

- Monday – Thursday is $3000

- * Deposit at time of booking is half down. Remainder is due 6 months prior to event date.

- Open Catering and Bar Policy (with proper Licensing and Insurance)
- Food Prep Room
- 50 reception chairs plus 2 for the couple, six 30” high-top cocktail tables, 6’ rectangular guest tables, two 8’ rectangular food tables and one 8′ bar front and setup
- Free in-house music playlist. Or, you can create your own and we will manage it.

- Up to 50 people, $200/hour, minimum of 4 hours
- 51-150 people, $300/hour, minimum of 4 hours
- 151-300 people, $400/hour, minimum of 4 hours
- *Payment is due in full upon booking. Depending on season, only certain days of the week or weekend may be available for rental.
